1. Is the price the same if we are more people?
The price of the session may vary depending on the number of extra people added to the
session. Let us know your plan so we can send you the right quote.
2. What does basic editing include?
Basic editing includes color correction, lighting adjustments, composition framing, and light
skin retouching. It does not include body reshaping or advanced retouching.
3. Can you deliver the photos faster?
Yes! We offer express delivery with an extra fee. Ask for it if you need your photos sooner
than the regular 7 to 10 business days.
4. If I need more than 1 hour, can I schedule more time?
Absolutely. The 1-hour session is just the basic starting point. You can add extra time
depending on your needs.
5. If the session is not in Tulum, where can you go to take photos?
I can travel anywhere within Mexico or abroad. It’s just a matter of confirming availability,
travel expenses, and some logistics details.
6. In what places in Tulum can we take photos?
We can shoot in beaches, hotels, cenotes, jungle, the hotel zone, lagoons, rooftops,
villas, or Airbnb’s. Some locations may have an entrance fee or require permission.
7. What are the best times for the session?
The best hours are:
● Morning: 7 AM – 10 AM
● Afternoon: 3 PM – 6:30 PM
This helps avoid harsh sunlight and crowded places
8. What should I wear for the session?
Neutral, earth tones, white, beige, or pastel colors look great with natural backgrounds.
Avoid busy patterns or flashy logos. We can also help you with a mood board or outfit guide.
9. How long does it take to get the photos?
The delivery time is 7 to 10 business days after the session. Express delivery is available
for an additional cost.
10. How long will my gallery be available?
The photos will be available in a Google Drive link for 15 days. After that, there’s an extra
fee to retrieve and resend the files.
11. Can I get the RAW files?
RAW files are not included by default. However, you can request them with an additional fee.
12. Do you offer video services?
Yes! We offer video production for lifestyle, brands, weddings, real estate, and events,
with the same professional quality as our photography services.
13. Do you offer makeup or hairstyling services?
Yes, we work with professional makeup artists and hairstylists. Just request this service
when booking, and we’ll handle it for you.
14. Can I reschedule my session?
Yes, as long as you notify us at least 72 hours in advance, subject to availability.
Last-minute changes may have an extra fee.
15. How do I book a session?
Just send us a message via WhatsApp, Instagram, or the contact form. To secure your date,
we require a 30%, 50%, 100% deposit according to the project, and the remaining
balance is paid on the day of the session according to the project.
